   Yes Chuck, its always someone else’s fault, isnt?
   Impersonating someone else on Twitter classes as illegal and you did so by opening those ebanned, Panty Hog and usepantyworld accounts. You and your X are clearly the same person, or how could you possibly hand something over that you do not have?
   The spoof email was sent by you, ebanned has proves, PH has proves and so do all of the sellers you have sent it to.
   These people were made to think they were getting emails from Mary and Bart at ebanned, your competitors, how is that NOT conning? How is that not cheating?

   Thanks for sharing your side of the story, you have proven that you are indeed a con man and you are NOT to be trusted.

   Serena, I am the Chuck Varabioff that you refer to in a few of your artcles, I HAVE NOT been caught spamming or conning anybody out of anything, the reason for the suspension by Twitter was because the maority of my posts were links to new auctions that people were posting on my site. I DID NOT and DO NOT have any illegal accounts.
   I guess it is easy to say what you want without getting the other parties side of the story.

   You also have to remember Ido not ask for any personal details and the implication made is almost slanderous.

   The Twitter accounts you refer to were created by my X partner and if the owners of those sites want the rights to those accounts, they are more than welcome to them, all they have to do is ask and I will hand them over.
